Primary Role:

Responsible for marketing support and service to current guest base on all online, current and emerging digital platforms. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants policies, practices and procedures, within the framework and intent of the mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with online advertising, mobile marketing, social media management, promotion, analytics, email deployment and identifying online marketing opportunities as needed.
  • Create and implement a bi-weekly editorial calendar with unique and compelling content that is in line with brand voice for social engagement. Work with design team to implement campaign assets.
  • Assist with tracking and building analysis of social and e-mail campaigns and modify based on results.
  • Maintain working knowledge of changes and advancements in social media, internet marketing, and email marketing.
  • Promote sales and lead opportunities through support in enthusiastically responding to consumer questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, promotions and concerns.
  • Maintain working knowledge of changes and advancements in social media, internet marketing, and email marketing.
  • Monitor online and internal messages regarding brand or guest concerns and respond within scope of authority and route any needed concerns to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Assist marketing department by performing departmental support services including, but not limited to, print fulfillment, back-up to other positions, and special events/projects.
  • Participate in special events that may be outside of normal working hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in online or digital marketing. Knowledge of retail, hospitality, restaurant industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience using mobile applications in order to capture photos and modify and create graphics.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding guest service and hospitality skills.
  • Operate a variety of office equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task, as well as organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Field Support – Multi-Unit Manager

The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant teams to improve operations, sales, profit and people development in order to attain guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for supervising 6-8 restaurants. You will work with the restaurant general managers to empower our mission of Leading the Way.
