As part of our ongoing commitment to our core values, and in particular, our people, we have created a family environment across our organization to ensure our team members excel both professionally and personally. Our continued investment in our people’s success has led to the creation of the TSFR Care Fund. As part of this program, employees can donate a portion of each paycheck to the TSFR Care Fund. The funds collected will directly benefit TSFR employees during their time of need. The program is mirrored after Applebee’s Heidi Fund, which was created in 2002 after its namesake was undergoing financial hardship as a result of her son’s rare heart defect. Despite her family’s mounting debt, when Heidi found $3,300 in cash that a guest left behind, she instinctively did the right thing and returned the money. Her kindness was repaid with an outpouring of financial support from her fellow team members, and Applebee’s ongoing commitment to providing employees with financial assistance brought on by a catastrophic life event. Together, TSFR and our team members have created a platform through the TSFR Care Fund for our employees to benefit from the generosity of all.
