TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants is proud to announce that for the third consecutive year we have been voted as a 2024 Top Workplace USA! The honor recognizes organizations that make the world a better place to work by prioritizing a people-centered culture.
The award is based entirely on feedback from an employee engagement survey completed by Our People. The survey measures 24 factors in seven categories, including company leadership, communication, career opportunities, cultural environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.
TSFR ranked 30th out of the 100 companies recognized in the large business category comparing organizations with more than 2,500 employees. Over 40,000 organizations were considered for the Top Workplaces rankings.
